The elevators smell less so, and the halls even less. The room did not smell of cigarettes. There are not refrigerators in each room. Even when requested (and I was there multiple nights), one never became available. An issue with hot water (as in I had none) was “resolved” in an hour, then had to be fixed again the following morning. "
