“The customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived in the lobby. I was greeted by Donoye (sorry if i misspelled her name) and Tracy Ann. ”

“Our apartment was clean and nice 👌 fully equipped. I would definitely stay there again. I also liked how everything outside are in close proximity to the property. ”

“This hotel is a different world, and one of the few places where they have every detail down perfectly. The service could not be better, and if you’ve been to Jamaica previously and seen the sights, there simply is no reason to leave the hotel grounds. We especially like Cottages 3 and 4, but have not stayed in a bad room yet. The private beach is perfect, as is the beach bar (“Teddy’s”). Croquet, anyone? Please don’t forget to pack your whites. The kitchen runs smoothly, and the menu is varied....

“Hotel manager would not allow me to chrck out, claiming i havent paid. Despite showing them the receipt and confirmation email the manager was still insisting we havent paid and even threatened the front desk receptionist saying if she allowed me to leave he'd take the money from her salary. Was not until i threatened legal action was i allowed to leave”
