“Cool little inn. Had outdoor areas between rooms and the river, well groomed grass area with Frisbee games, benches/lig seating, bbqs . River was easily accessed by foot. Coffee stand, grocer, pizza within walking distance. A 5 minute drive into Winthrop for a plethora of shops and eateries. 10 minutes to hiking and Perrygin Lake State Park for swimming and fishing.
