“Unkindness of the front desk staff”

“First of all, I would like to thank hotel staff Joanna(is right?). She helped me with early-check-in and kept my luggage well before checking in. The hotel was located well enough to walk around major tourist attractions. Breakfast didn't change on the menu, but it was edible, and the room was spacious.
