“Hotel was great. Expedia sucks. I accidentally booked thinking there was a pool. When I asked the managers if I could finish my first night stay and cancel the rest of my stay so I could move to a hotel that had a pool, they said that wasn’t a problem on their side. They then explained that since I booked through Expedia, I would have to work with Expedia to get the refund.
