“공항에서 가깝고 위치적으로 유리하지만, 객실내 유료 Wifi, 오래된 부페음식, 낡은 객실등 5성급 호텔이라고 하기에는 어려움. 또한 객실 청소가 늦어져서 3시간이상 기다려서 입실했슴.”

“This was my 5th visit to this hotel since 2017. Staff on reception (especially Bea and Joni) are very kind and helpful and the restaurant and room cleaning staff are also nice to interact with. Buffett breakfast and dinner had plenty of variety and room was clean and well equipped. Hotel location was right next to the beach and there are plenty of local transport options to other parts of the island. Overall I really enjoyed my visit and would recommend to families and couples.”

“We spent four nights at the Princesa Yaiza and really enjoyed it. The hotel is a bit old-style, but it’s very well maintained with gorgeous tropical gardens. The salty pool is the best, and the hotel sits right in front of a great sandy beach, which is perfect for swimming and walks. “Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening. ”
