“The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! To get a porter, we had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask them .. and we found the staff on the room behind the front desk chatting with each other! “When you arrive the property itself is great. Clean, food is great, rooms are large. It's essentially a large Riad. On the Expedia website it's said free shuttle to airport. When we arrived they denied this and said is was Expedia's fault. They refused to acknowledge the error. I even showed them the add but it made no difference. So add an Extra 60 Euros to the price of the room if you were expecting a shuttle. ”

“The Riad La Porte Rouge was a fantastic hotel to stay at. Full of charm and personality. The owner and his staff practically bent over backwards to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I found the room to be clean and a great size for me, my wife and son. Due to the time of year we visited, the room was particularly cold at night. Ein Minuspunkt: Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel in Marrakesch, und die Nächte waren sehr kalt. Das Riad verfügt nicht über eine Heizung, sondern nur über ein mobiles Elektoheizgerät für den Schlafraum und das Bad. Beide Räume zur selben Zeit sind also nie warm. Und es dauert auch gut 30 Minuten, bis ein Raum...
