“We booked this property to have more space and a kitchen. It suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen had only the very basic elements-2 pots. 2 pans, no cookie sheet or anything oven related and absolutely zero cooking utensils. I requested that some be sent and no one ever got back. The neighborhood is lively and LOUD! Parties on the roof deck until late and the train runs from 5:3AM to 12:00 midnight. You can hear every train-especially in the back facing units. “quick stay at the hive room but it was perfect for what we needed! we walked to our concert at Franklin Music Hall and it felt safe! Easy entry upon arrival, everything was clean, bed comfortable. Day before we arrived, they reached out to see if we needed anything. Easy check out the next day and walked to Cafe Lift for an amazingly delicious breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Philly!”

We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. ”

Many people say that when traveling to Philly, you need to be cautious, and this hotel made me feel comfortable and safe. All the facilities are excellent and comfortable. There were no issues with this hotel at all. If I come back to Philly, I will choose this hotel again. Additionally, their customer service is very responsive and helpful. ”
