I stayed here in deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the street, room 205, for 18 mights.
For 18 nights I have no tv and wifi signal was so weak, it was a waste of time using it.
They don't service the room, unless you request it.
It had a super king bed, and the sheet didn't cover the side of the mattress, and have many holes and small tears in them. The duvet cover is a queen size, so is 8 inches short from coming to the edge of the bed. The airconditioning wasn't working, and on 2nd night I had got sick of waiting for it to be fixed, and rewired the power socket myself. I don't believe that the filters have ever been changed in the air-conditioning units, as every time we were in the room for more than 1 hour, we cough and choke. There is no drain connected to the aircon unit outside, but instead it drips into a bucket, that you have to dispose of yourself each day. The bathroom door had a broken hinge at the bottom, and was difficult to shut. The towels that are given out, are very small and very worn and thin. The staircase has many broken tiles and the sliding door into the reception hardly slides, and actually fell off the rails on one occasion. The cleaning staff said that they are not given any pay increase, and don't even get paid minimum wage rates. The staff are friendly, but the problem is with the owner who is not there.
I went and stayed at another OYO in Cebu City, and this place was beautiful and very nice.
I would sooner pay extra for quality
