“Super cute and quiet ocean view hotel. The sound of the waves was very relaxing and the pool was well maintained. The property could use a little updating, but overall it was nice and very clean. It was very convenient to the Luquillo kiosks and beaches.”

Owner was highly responsive and even allowed for an easy early check in. The only complaint we had was the local neighborhood rooster who woke us up starting at 3:30AM. “The building is new, so it's clean, and the staff is friendly and nice.”

“The power went out twice which made it hard to sleep because the place doesn’t have generators and the AC unit wasn’t working. There was a snake outside our room. The dogs barked too much. When we reached out to the host they didn’t have a solution to the problem. They didn’t provide flashlight or water. The water was running very low and many who stayed ended ip checking out. ”

There was a bit of confusion when we arrived as you need to give them another cc on file to get a code for entry. It’s a guest house and not a hotel so there’s no staff onsite but the host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. ”
