“If you are looking to stay somewhere on a budget with an amazing location that also has a restaurant and a beach literally right in front of the property. This is a great spot. “Solid place to stay in a primarily residential area still looking to recover. It's on the ocean with breaker waves pounding the seawall. No access to sand. There is some seating and a bar on the ocean but no bartender while we were there. Pool and courtyard area were nice and clean. Nearby Kiosk's, beaches, and rainforest were the big wins. No ventilation from the bathroom to the outside. Mold on the ceilings in the bathroom that continue to be an issue from other guests. If expectations...

“This was a perfect location to stay if you are doing a bioluminescence bay tour- walking distance! Condo had everything we needed and was perfect. Owner was highly responsive and even allowed for an easy early check in. The only complaint we had was the local neighborhood rooster who woke us up starting at 3:30AM. Other than that, perfect stay! ”

When we reached out to the host they didn’t have a solution to the problem. They didn’t provide flashlight or water. The water was running very low and many who stayed ended ip checking out. ”
