“We were scheduled to stay for two nites beginning 9/9/2026. However, upon entering the lobby, we were met with a very strong odor of mold/mildew, which continued down the hallways and into our rooms (2). After immediate chest congestion set in, we decided to find different lodging for our second nite. Secondly, there was a strong smell of sewer gas in the hallway. “I visited Acadia NP and the location was good at 20 minutes away. The cabin was nice and had 2 rooms. The heat worked well. The morning coffee was fresh. There was a great seafood restaurant across the street with good Lobster. The motel manager was very friendly.”
