"This has to be my favourite hotel in Madrid. Not only are the staff amazing regardless of the department they work in but the location is excellent to discover the city on foot. Great shops, fabulous restaurants even though the in house restaurant is to die for!! Great food, excellent wines and great prices too! It really is a home from home and the beautiful cheery rooms with City view make your stay one to remember!!"

"Property is well maintained and housekeeping staff is topclass. Hotel is located about 15 minutes from Santiago Bernabeau stadium and in close proximity to shopping malls. Most of the staff were friendly. Only a few were not. I wish the breakfast menu could have some variety. The same thing was served for the 5 days I stayed there. Huge shout out to Gemma in the restaurant - exemplary hospitality service. She deserves a gold start. I hope I got her name right. Ivan at the front desk was also...
