“Smart flats in Brussels where excellent communicators with good intructions for the collection of the keys and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. I did communicate with smart flats whilst there, they said that they would sort it out but unfortunately they didn't whilst we were there for the two nights. The shower wasn't that...

“Property was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Was only a short walk to bars and shopping and metro. Plenty of toilet roll and shampoo which was a nice touch as we were travelling with hand luggage. Communication was very good and easy to access the property. Only a few minor niggles, someone got stuck in a bedroom as the door handle came off so had to leave that door open. “Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. ”

“깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 한적한 곳에 위치해있고 넓고 와이파이도 잘 잡혀서 좋았습니다. 근처에 카페 및 음식점, 슈퍼마켓이 있었구요. 따뜻하게 잘 이용했습니다. 다만 엘레베이터가 없이 계단으로 이용하느라 무거운 짐때문에 고생했네요 ㅠㅠ 6일이나 머물렀는데 7일이상 숙박객들에게만 청소 및 타올교체가 무료였어요. 청소는 몰라도 타올교체에 요금이 든다면 타올을 좀 많이 줬으면 좋았을텐데 아쉬웠습니다.”

“I will start with the clear message, stay away! we discovered our room was infested with bed bugs all over the bed head. We did physically see one on our last night, however after we had some rush in our skin since the past days. But after seeing the bed bug in the wall, it all matched. We moved the bed away from the wall and there was a full plague from large to small and thousands of eggs. It was horrific to know we’ve been sleeping in such conditions. And did they do anything to help up?...

“The property was roomy and had great space. It met the need of our group. The location was close to various things like food, drinks, shopping and transportation. I would book with SmartFlats again. There are a few cosmetic things the property needs to fix or look into for future tenants. The rooms' curtain rods look like they were broken and so the curtains had to be hooked onto the window. They kept falling off. The soap dispensers in the shower also looked like they had broken off. A towel...

“A 2 pas du quartier européen, bien équipé avec ce qu'il faut pour se préparer ses repas. Certains éléments de mobilier auraient besoin d'être rafraîchis. Quelques serviettes supplémentaires ne seraient pas superflues.”

“La situation de l'appartement est super, et l'espace en lui-même est bien. Ça pourrait être fantastique si c'était entretenu, mais tout ou presque est défaillant : matelas de lit éventré, lattes de sommier cassées, mauvaise isolation phonique (y compris des fenêtres donc on entend toute la rue), ampoules grillées, chaise cassée, gel douche à sec, grille de hotte de cuisine manquante... Nous n'avons pas pu faire fonctionner la télévision, avons envoyé un message au numéro de service 24/24....

“Good place to stay with family. Good location and hotel staff were kind. Able for the parking. A bit far from the centre but not a bad path for the working to centre. It was a bit cold during my stay overnight. ”
