“Loved the AC! Our room was facing the courtyard so it was peaceful and quiet. It was close to all the attractions we went to as well as the trams, but we just walked everywhere. The bed was actually comfortable for me”

“SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. ”

“The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

“This establishment is so unorganized. I booked this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for 3 nights. On the check-in day, I got a message from them saying it was not available due to water damage, which is understandable. They offered me another apartment that they claimed to be the same as the one I booked with no extra cost. From the link they sent me, the new apartment seems like a major downgrade from the previous one; only 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I messaged them back to ask for better...
