I booked 4 nights and was assigned a deluxe room with a child and no window view. I felt frustrated with the space where my child was confined, so I asked Expedia why they didn't inform me that there was a deluxe room without a window view. When I asked the desk, they said that the deluxe rooms sold by Expedia do not guarantee windows. I asked Expedia why they didn't inform me before selling the room, and I told them that Expedia Needle did not guarantee rooms with windows in the deluxe rooms they sell. Then, out of the blue the desk called me and said that they would change my room the next day. However, the room they changed my room to had a broken TV, a broken towel heating system, and the heating system was never fixed, but they didn't apologize at all later. They changed my room no lotion, no doormat, and even the slipper prevention mat was a product that was unopened and had a tag and hook attached that they bought at a mart, and they even told me to open it and use it. I have been to many hotels all over the world and this was ridiculous. I had to keep calling to get the room supplies and fixed tv system so I couldn't rest. The soap in the sink was used and dusty. I took pictures of everything. Was it wrong for me to complain to Expedia about the window before I sold the room to them? Why did I feel like the hotel had assigned me that room on purpose? I took pictures and I wanted to show it to the hotel manager and my feriend who recomanded.
