Were made to feel like we were a bother and the one young lady who walked us over to the suites walked way ahead of us and did not speak to us until we arrived and gave us our key at elevator door, telling us which floor, that was it. Went for buffet breakfast this morning and although we were the only ones in the restaurant, we only saw the waitress when she sat us and had to go find someone to ask for...

“Geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, modern, mit 24h Self Check-in. Unser Zimmer 4 war absolut sauber und frei von jeglichen Gerüchen, doch das grössere Zimmer daneben, welches uns grosszügigerweise ebenfalls angeboten wurde, wies leider den unangenehmen Tabakgeruch auf. Dies liegt zwar wohl an den Gästen, welche das Rauchverbot ignorierten, könnte aber auch durch die Gastgeber besser behandelt werden.”

“En date du 10 Aout 2022, j’ai réservé et payé pour ce logement. Arrivé à l’adresse à 20 heures, personne et pour cause l’établissement est fermé depuis 2 ans (discussion avec le propriétaire). Après réclamation et notre insistance, nous avons finalement été remboursés. Mais l'annonce est toujours sur le site! ”

“A very nice place a little outside the ”Centre”. The apartment/place was designed with great taste. In spite of being a small place with few guests they served an excellent breakfast with a great variation. Much above expectations, really 1st class. On recommendation we had dinner at pizzeria (normally not our choice) also very much on the countryside. A real good place with gourmet pizzas.”

“We had a great experience in accommodation. All very clean and fragrant. Cristina gave us important information and prepared a delicious breakfast at a cost of 7 euros per person. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone passing through Tirano.”

“Die Lage am Berg ist einzigartig und zugleich etwas schwieriger mit dem Auto. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die sehr wenigen und kaum vorhandenen Parkplätze. Die gebuchte Suite mit Whirlpool ist top!”
