“It was not the hotel, but a kind of residence condominium. Each unit(room) owned by individual owners but registered onto Hotels.com. When I arrived there at 9pm, only security guards at the front without any information of my booking. I could not get any service nor information. By coincidence, another unit's owner stopped by and saw my situation to do phonecall to my unit's owner. It took 110 minutes until I received my room key. It was NOT a kind of HOTEL! I booked and paid to hotels.com. But...

“Unit was tidy, and well maintained. Any problems were solved quickly. Location is good but like most of the philippines traffic noise is high! Suggested improvements would be a real mattress on the bed instead of foam. Otherwise no problems here at all!”
