“Beautiful view of the river. We had a balcony on the riverside and it had amazing views. The bartender at the lounge was friendly and made great drinks. The free breakfast was so good. It wasn't a buffet, but actually had a menu with made to order choices. We have stayed at another hotel by the mall for years but it was too expensive this time, so we gave the Shilo a try and we are so glad we did. This will be where we stay from now on when visiting family in the area. ”

“Found strands of hair in sink and on counter. Heard a tapping noise from about 8 pm to 10 pm. Assume pipes in wall. Have stayed at hotel three times in last two years. Always has been great. ”
