I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Lotus Blu Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my honest feedback in the hope that it may prompt improvements for future guests.
First and foremost, the hotel lacks several essential amenities that are often expected in a modern establishment. The absence of a gym and a pool was a major disappointment, especially for someone who values fitness and relaxation during their travels. It's disheartening to see a hotel in this price range not offer such basic facilities.
One of the key aspects that contribute to a positive hotel experience is the quality of breakfast. Regrettably, the breakfast at Lotus Blu Hotel fell short of expectations. The options were limited, and the overall quality was poor. It's disheartening to start the day on a disappointing note with a subpar breakfast.
Speaking of price, I must say that the value for the money paid was not fair. Considering the lack of amenities and the unsatisfactory breakfast, it felt as though the hotel was overcharging for its services. Guests anticipate a certain level of comfort and quality when they pay a certain price, and unfortunately, the Lotus Blu Hotel did not meet these expectations.
Furthermore, I encountered an issue with late check-out. Despite ongoing construction on the second floor, the hotel refused to grant a late check-out without additional charges. It is not uncommon for hotels to offer compensation or fle
