"The whole things was incredible. Service, from check-in to check-out, everything was done in a friendly and engaging manner. The facilities (particularly the room itself, quality of everything in it), location, overall service available, just made my now unfortunate short stay and incredible one, but know I know exactly where to stay next time I'm in Cologne."

"Overall great comfortable stay. Would of been nice to have a bit more storage space such as a bedside drawer and a towel rail, but these are only minor. Slight imperfections around the room, but again minor. Restaurant was quiet but the food was good and quite prompt. Breakfast was also nice with a wide variety. Staff were helpful when needed and were very accommodating with our bags when we went out to explore before check in and after check out. Overall it was great, maybe just add those...

"My room was on the 9th floor and spectacular view of the cathedral. The one big issue I had was the air-conditioning didn't cool the room from 24 C degrees and was therefore too hot to sleep. I couldn't open the windows either. I was bummed because this was my second stay at this hotel which is located in the middle of bustling center."

"Centrally located near the train station and the cathedral. Easy walking to all of Old Town. Included breakfast was excellent. Room was large with no frills but comfortable. Only issue was the construction next door which my room overlooked. Was a little noisy in the morning. But would definitely stay here again! "

"The hotel was a great choice for a short, last-minute trip. The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling, and very helpful, which made the stay even better. The interior of the hotel was beautiful and well-kept, adding to the overall charm. As for the room, it had a unique look and was very clean, though the decor felt a bit outdated. One downside was the lack of a coffee/tea station—most hotels with a similar star rating usually provide a kettle along with complimentary water or some snacks...
