“Has been the worst ever tried hotel. They claim to clean the room every 2 days , we had three rooms as it was a family trip and 2 out of the 3 room were supposedly cleaned at day 4 after almost begging daily and no changes on towels , no changes on sheets …when we arrived at middle afternoon we had to demand for the rooms to be properly cleaned. Our own room in 5 nights was cleaned once and the hot water only worked on night 1 … all other nights we had to have cold showers ”

“The rooms are small! Hotel is extremely overpriced. The mattress is thin, pillows small and the cover was really thin. There is no mirror and the ceiling leaks when AC is on. The balcony is a joke. Pool area closes at 6pm. The employees at the restaurant pool area are rude and standoffish. They only cater to those who look like them. I am confused as to how this hotel has so many good reviews. The only good thing about this hotel is the area. Shaniya who works at the front desk was really nice...

“The resort was excellent. Food was simple but very good. Staff were amazing. Only one regret, there rental car situation was not great. Could not get a car until 3:00 in the afternoon (every day) and you had to return it 11:00 the next day. Not a good situation when you wanted to look around the island.”

“Paid for 3 night's stayed for 1. Studio was a shoebox, no hot water, shower head was not adjustable and water came out very hard. I had to stand on the side of the shower and stick limbs in for a quick wash. Restaurants in the area seem to have good reviews but we tried 2 and was unimpressed. I wasn't expecting fancy but a decent shower and an actual door instead of a screen would be nice. Could hear everything outside and above us.”

“Kitchen has regular size fridge, freezer has ice machine & theres a stove. There are dishes, cookware, kettle, toaster. Bathroom has soap, & shampoo. Clean rooms. AC keeps room cool. Staff is very nice. ”

“They my under construction but besides that the inside looks wonderful don’t judge a book by its cover. The pool looked nice I feel like once every thing is done getting built it will look even more amazing.”

“I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and cozy, and the views were absolutely beautiful—especially being so close to the beach. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay (Thanks for everything Su Su & Zurie). Everything felt smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what I needed for a vacation. I’d definitely come back!”
