“A lovely hotel with a great pool area, selection of restaurants and welcoming staff. Onsite spa is small but fabulous. We went bed and breakfast but an all inclusive option is available if you plan to stay put. The small port of Puerto Calero is a short walk along the shoreline - turn left out of the gate at the bottom of the hotel - with several bars and restaurants facing the marina.”

“I stayed this excellent accommodation with my wife. It located in Carmen del Sol, which has long line of beach and nice restaurants a long it. Bed and facilities was very clean! Probably the most excellent thing is their staff. I left my international driver's license in the room and checked out. But they delivered it for me to the Airport! It was so thankful. I love this place!”

“It was really beautiful and well equipped accomodation including kitchenettes, a bath tub and a shower booth. Despite the bath tub was broken but the terrace and beds were clean so that we were pleased during the stay.”

“Accommodation was very clean and in an excellent location for shops, restaurants and bars. We booked accommodation with shared shower room by mistake but it turned out to be ok. Staff were very helpful :-)”

“Nous avons aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel, jolie plage aménagée à proximité ,chambre agréable, piscine agréable, hôtel propre, le bémol est le buffet du soir, on s’attendait à mieux pour un 5 * , surtout d’un hôtel Hayatt, déçu de la nourriture.”

“We were a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. Absolutely loads of space. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels every 2nd day. Staff were all friendly and even played with my son. Location is perfect. Only negative id say is the kids entertainment at night wasnt fantastic. But I dont think they had the numbers for it either as was 1st week of September.”
