“The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The layout of the resort is beautiful. Our suite was very comfortable. The towels were the largest, softest we’ve ever had, the pool towels too. The swimming pools were not warm but perfect in the hot weather. I have been surprised at the poor reviews, everyone we spoke to was as happy as we were. Most poor reviews seem to be regarding the sun beds, either the availability or the comfort. I have no interest in being on a sun bed so cannot...

“란자로테에서 가장 높은건물로 뷰는 환상적 청소상태 완전 꽝 15 시 이후 들어와도 청소 않되어있었고 담날도 얘기했는데 청소 않되어 있었음 고층이다 보니 엘리 베이터가 불편했고 주위에 상권이 그닥좋지 않음 고층에서 내려보는 뷰최고 방 넓은거 빼고는 5 성급 호텔 치고는 그저 그랬음 담에는 playa쪽으로 갈야 할듯”

“A lovely hotel with great facilities and bedrooms, the only thing letting it down was the restaurant. Only stayed one night but the quantity, quality and variety of the food was poor. Difficulty in finding plates and extra cutlery and food was not topped up in a timely manner. Pity as in all other aspects the hotel was great. Poorest food we’ve ever had in H10 hotels or indeed in any other 4* hotels.”
