“Although basic was warm and comfy there was hairs all over the bathroom and bed from previous person sockets were in odd place and roller blind didn’t work didn’t spoil my stay though I found it pleasant enough easy check in was taken to room explained codes previous reviews said noisy doors slamming ect traffic noise I didn’t experience any of this found it easy to sleep and quiet great location and easy to find ”

“We had a good stay, when ringing for support to find the entrance and how to enter was very supported and sent all necessary details, free parking close by and isn’t too far a drive away from everything. Very quiet no banging through the night etc. ”

“All in all nice little cottage for a couple and good as was pet friendly to go up Durham to visit our son up uni and take our dog to see him too. Cottage was nice a little place although i think the tv was slightly too high on wall. As we arrived there were 3 plumbing vans parked outside so had to park out side another cottage for bout hour n half till they moved their vans after going in pub at front of cottages before parking own car then outside our own cottage. “We had a lovely stay. Nice views over the fields. Kitchen well equipped with tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits. Luxury feel. Enjoyed the hot tub which was warm and ready for us arriving. Would recommend this place and I think we’ll be back.”
