"2nd time staying here. Genuinely love staying, room fantastic, restaurant and breakfast fantastic. The real thing that makes it is the staff, every single one makes the experience worth it. My only grumble would be on arrival on both occasions had to wait for the room, this time just over an hour, but again staff couldn't have apologised more but to happen twice is a little disappointing. All that being said its still 5 stars from me. "

The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! "This apartment is just lovely! From the communications pre and during the visit, everything was covered. The apartment is spotless, spacious and so so comfortable. It was in an excellent location which felt secure and safe as I was initially travelling solo to be joined later in my stay. The welcome was warm and friendly with recommendations and a guide to appliances in the flat as well as a lovely little welcome package of water, teas, coffees and other treats, milk in the fridge too. "Fantastic location with easy access to the Westminster tube station. The staff is attentive and very helpful. The executive lounge is beautiful. It’s a bit pricey but the food is good. I stayed in a superior double and it was perfect for me. "

"Great location and a nice hotel. The room was lovely, the reception staff were lovely. Breakfast was a bit manic. The selection of food was great, but very busy and only one coffee machine working, caused big queues for coffee. Had a nice swim on our own in the morning, but the pool could have been a bit warmer and just look a bit tired. "

"I really enjoyed the stay this time with the exception of the elevators. There are three elevators but two of them were out of order for the entire three days of my stay. On the last day, all three elevators were out of order. I had to walk up to 4th floor which is not a big deal, but some people had to carry their luggage up and down the stairs which was dangerous."
