“The stay was good except for the fact I couldn’t get any channels/programmes on the tv. As I was a lone traveller this affected men ”

“The location was pretty nice, being central to the Bury St. Edmunds town center. The location of the room was very difficult to find because the navigation apps we used put us far away from the actual room. We luckily found a mailman who took us to the right location. Other than that, the room was alright and comfortable enough. I’m not too sure it was entirely worth the cost, but it was alright. I’ll say 7/10.”

“Such a shame that the outside and entrance to this flat is so dirty & grubby. The pile of dumped rubbish outside was not good either. The entrance & stairway is very grubby & smells damp. Needs a good clean & paint. The flat could be lovely if did not smell damp. Also you charge £30 extra for cleaning?? We had to Hoover behind the beds as cobwebs also false nails! We had to Hoover round windows as full of cobwebs & spiders. Could not use any units in bedroom as full up with bedding &/or were...

“Everything was perfect.. I can’t think of anyway this could be improved. Great location, apartments were immaculate and really lovely decorated. Everything really well thought of. Can’t wait to return sometime soon. The most important things were that it was great for our children and our dog!! We spent our first evening at a local pub then walked home with a takeaway, next day at the market and shopped around the village. Cooked some amazing steaks from the butchers.
