“WARNING DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA. I am lucky I have stayed in some fantastic accommodation all around the world .This could be up there too except small details let it down. The Apartments are amazing ,large and spacious very well appointed.However the Vendor did not accept my booking on arrival and threatened eviction unless I paid nearly £500 more than the price I had already paid Expedia in local currency .The Security Bond was 3x higher than listed on the site ,again local currency not...

“This property is a full scam online. Once you pull up to the gate, they deny you access and say they'd no longer rent apartments for sublet.Even though I prepaid through expedia. They refuse to refund or respond. Do not book here they will steal your money!! I was stranded in nigeria for 2 weeks with no where to stay”

“Nice property. Marketed as Banana Island ' but actually on Banana Island Road in Ikoyi Complimentary breakfast delayed till midday everyday! Not fair . Most time we will have had to buy food Food quality just moderate -good packaging though! We had to leave the breakfast on the last day , despite knowing the check out was 11am , there was no breakfast till we checked out at 1130 am The only consolation are the nice staff -Emmanuel , Victor , Tinuola and Sola They can do much better .”
