“The maintenance of this property was quite poor. The air conditioning unit was super loud. The shower drain was clogged. The sink drain was clogged. The Bath fans had been disconnected and were inoperable. My reservation was confirmed for a handicap room, but when I arrived I was given a regular room on the second floor and there are no elevators. Overall my experience was quite unpleasant and I would never book another room at this location.”

“The hotel is in a good area, it's close to bojangles and the famous "Haywood Smokehouse". The owners let us check in early which was a plus! The room is old looking, pillows were flat, there was some repairs. Room was clean. We might stay here again.”
