“You get good quality for the price you pay. Friendly and helpful staff. Lady at the lobby speaks English well, no problems with language. She calls and gets taxi in case you need one. Clean place, convenient for dining, shopping, entertainment, business meetings.....etc.

Staff, terrible:
Check in with a QR code…at a 5 star hotel.
Room - Checked in, room absolutely stank and the staff didn’t resolve the issue or move our rooms for several hours.
Dinner - staff forgot to book our table for dinner multiple times causing a long delay. Dinner took 45 minutes to even get our order in.
Taxi - we booked a taxi through the hotel to the airport and they forgot to book it...
