“direct at the beach, appartements OK, not more, breakfast not international standard, thai personell was the best during our stay, management with owner not customer friendly, very special mail-communication with management before arrival, very poor location in khao lak, Very large distance to vacation infrastructure for tourists, too far for tourists concerning daily trips and other sightseeing events, definitely NOT to RECOMMEND”

“Kein Spa, Pool war grün . Alles ungepflegt und zerfallen. Fast alle Liegen und Sonnenschirme defekt. Auf den Fußwege haben sich die Platten durch Wurzeln angehoben . Frühstück war schrecklich. ”

“Skulle tillbringa 12 nätter på hotellet men var tvingade att ta in på ett annat hotell. Vi blev visade till vårt rum men det var helt obeboligt pga en mycket kraftig mögelstank, vi blev erbjudna 5-6 andra rum men det var lika illa där. Ett råd i all välmening om ni planerar att bo här under er thailandsvistelse, gör det inte välj ett annat.hotell.”

“The people who work at these facilities are never to blame, they work with what they are given. The hotel manager was an angel, his staff exceptional but the hotel is in great need of renovations or general maintenance. Investment is needed to bring it at its grandeur. ”
