“Great location & comfy beds, however property is old, dated & requires significant maintenance. Requested single beds in booking, recieved a double & initially provided a second mattress on the floor! Only one key provided for two people, bathroom tiles dirty, toilet did not flush, bathroom door was hard to open, TV did not work, water off for a day without notice, no evening dining or bar facilities, & limited breakfast options. Staff left food uncovered, attracting flies. Beach beds are worn,...

“We were traveling with our 2 teenager children so we booked the family room with 2 beds that sleep 4. Unfortunately the room does not match the 8 star rating this has on Expedia. The shower didn't work and the sink was very slow to drain. We are from Canada and our 3 prong electric adapter didn't fit the 2 prong ones in the room. Overall id give this particular room a low score. But we did peak into the bungalow they had for 2 people and they looked lovely. So maybe just the big family room...

“풀빌라를 이용했는데 방에 습기가 차서 잠을 잘 수가 없었다. 호텔 레스토랑은 야외나 다름이 없어서 식사시간에 너무 더웠다. 배에 타고 내릴때 짐가방을 이동해주는 서비스는 좋았다.”

“위치는 해변가 바로앞이라 최고입니다 하지만 에어컨이 없고 선풍기가 있어 조금 덥습니다 그리고 대나무로 만든집이라 밤에 틈사이에서 벌레들이 나옵니다 해는끼치지않지만 혐호스럽습니다”

“Faktisk läge mitt på stranden. Vi bodde i ett familjerum med utsikt till havet, och hade även en stor altan med tak som var väldigt uppskattat när man reser med små barn. Daglig städning, nya handdukar och vatten - inget att klaga på. Rummet var bra storlek och kändes välhållet. Lite hårda sånger dock. Trevlig personal i receptionen som kunde hjälpa till vid frågor samt hjälpte med bagagen till och från båten. Möjlighet för fantastisk massage på hotellet till rimliga priser. Flera bra...

“For the price I paid, everything was ok. The staff did not answer any of my messages to arrange pick-up, but after checking out the receptionist did give me a lift to my next hotel. Breakfast was very basic.”

“The property was clean and staff very friendly. The amenities were minimal but all worked as expected. Great location next to immigration check and very close to walking street. Good property if your looking for something very functional and not too expensive! ”

“방갈로 타입은 정말 비추천입니다. 특히 에어컨 없는 방갈로는 마치 사우나실과 같으며 이런 방을 판다는것 자체가 호텔에 실망하게 만든 원인입니다. 꼬리뻬 체크인/아웃 카운터와 가까운점과 워킹스트리트와 인접해 있다는 것 외에는 전혀 메리트가 없으며 추가 요금을 내고 옮긴 방은 냉장고가 없어서 냉장고가 있는 방으로 옮기기 위해 2번이나 요금을 지불해야 했습니다. 방에 놓여있는 물병중 하나는 오픈이 되어있는 상태였으며 숙박기간동안 샤워타월은 말하지 않는한 바꿔주지 않는점과 주변에서 풍기는 정화조 냄새가 머리를 아프게 했습니다. 꼬리뻬에 간다면 재방문의 의사는 없습니다. ”
