"Pros: Checking in was smooth (Expedia was only $7 cheaper than the standard hotel rate), and staff was very friendly. Continental Breakfast offered a large variety of items and the staff there was very quick to refill items. Cons: Key cards kept deactivating after several hours. No heat in hotel room and bathroom sink drain wouldn’t open all the way. I have knowledge in home/building maintenance so I was able to turn the heat on by manually opening the zone valve on the baseboard heater...
