"Firstly, no one at the reception to welcome you.. you have a board call this number...the bathroom door and glass separator were moving, worried it can drop on me. Thirdly, the wifi is not there most of the time...air-condition was also pathetic. Although hotel was empty, they made me to have a bath in the lobby washroom on the check-out day and the manager did not oblige to allow me use the washroom. "About 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. The pool is amazing. The room is a bit worn, but the overall experience made up for it — the restaurant is a gem. It offers lots of food options and a peaceful atmosphere with views of the garden and lagoon. The pool is also very beautiful and well-maintained. "The hotel is a nice discovery and a modern interior with a heritage exterior. Even the parking is underground that takes your car on an elevator. I enjoyed the facilities except a few downs. One is they don’t have an iron in the room, even the one they brought on request didn’t work. The housekeeping was requested to do the cleaning towards the evening but they didn’t show up. We asked for two plates and cutleries, cutleries were clean but the plates looked as if they didn’t wash them....

"We had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean with good facilities. There is a plentiful choice of food for breakfast and evening meals. The only thing I would complain about is that in my opinion the pool bar drinks and food are very overpriced."
