The resort is beautiful and better than our expectations. It is conveniently located near a few restaurants and convenience stores, and just off a main road so it's easy to get a taxi at almost any time. We used a scooter which is definitely the best way to explore the island though.
We stayed here for 8 days, with 4 days in a superior bungalow and another 4 in a standard AC bungalow. Both were very nice. The resort is surrounded in nature so you're constantly hearing birds chirping, frogs croaking etc, but it's nice and immersive. The site is constantly being maintained so is always immaculate.
The pool is excellent and has a jacuzzi feature too. There are hammocks at the edge of the resort by the sea, but it's not a proper beach. Still a great spot for watching sunsets and relaxing though.
There is a restaurant on-site, but we didn't use it as I'm vegan and found dozens of restaurants on the island which cater to vegans.
Some people have left negative reviews for this resort, so I was initially sceptical booking here, but glad that I did. It's probably not a typical resort in that it's family run and you may not get the pampered experience like other resorts; it's more of a managed site with bungalows and a pool so you can do your own thing, which is what we like.
Overall, I'd recommend this place highly. The prices are also excellent
