“Hotel localizado em uma região tranquila, com bom estacionamento fechado, muita arborização e passa a sensação de se estar em uma casa e não em um hotel. O apartamento é espaçoso, oferece cama e banhos bons. O café da manhã é saboroso e suficiente. A recepção foi muito amistosa!”

“We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. Only problem and my biggest issue was the beds. Extremely hard and uncomfortable. Not Queen or King bed. Only 2 single beds per room. From all my...

“While the room was clean and quite big, the mattresses were extremely hard and not comfortable at all. This being said, the electric blankets were a nice touch, and the overall room layout was very nice, especially the outisde shower which was quite a hit with the kid. The staff was very pleasant, the giraffes awesome to stare at, and the breakfast quite hearty, but we honestly found the nightly cost to be quite expensive for what we got.”
