“I needed a room near the airport for a morning flight and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern and the rooms were large. Breakfast was great and I also ate at the restaurant which had good food. There seemed to be some noise outside the room from the hotel fans / infrastructure but this didn't affect my sleep. The staff were all really amazing. I was especially grateful to the door staff. I had heavy luggage and when my Uber driver didn't get out of the car, a member of staff suddenly appeared...

No foreign exchange service on site was a big surprise -- the airport has only one FX desk at Terminal 2 but my plane arrived at Terminal 4. Welcoming fruit tray was in the room when I checked in first time but none when I returned a week later.”

“All receptionists were really very professional and helpful. This made my stay in Riyadh much easier. They always managed any asks I had to my satisfactory - luggage's, ordering food and transportation advices. Room was very spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is not far from the metro station, where you can take the yellow line directly to the airport. In KAFD you can change to the blue and go to the Olaya district or National museum. Pease, be aware of that there is not cleaning...

“Our stay at Modrest was great and so easy and comfortable. And one big reason was the staff!! They were all amazing and so attentive and ever ready to help. We were liaising with Yousef over WhatsApp even before coming and he was so helpful and gave us a lot of assurance regarding all our concerns.
