“Great hotel for families. Self service slides at the pool and a little bar window in the pool area that the front desk staff service. The room (2 bedroom condo) was upgraded, nice, large and clean. ”

“The manager took apart my bathroom sink to retrieve an earring that I dropped down there and refused the tip I offered him as a sign of my appreciation! Couldn't be more impressed!”

“The renovations for this hotel were a great surprise! I loved the easy-to-clean flooring (no carpet) in the rooms! The room was clean which is my #1 concern. I loved that we could do a 1-night stay as our schedule didn’t allow for more. It was a convenient drive to Gunstock and the kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The woman who worked at the front desk was such a sweet and welcoming person! She was very accommodating and friendly!”

“The smoke detector was not in working order. Only part of it was on the wall with wires hanging out of it. The pool was closed for what reason I don't know. Disappointing as we were planning to swim while we were there. It was quite noisy there. You could hear people outside the room talking at all hours and clomping down the outside stairwell. It was quite warm in the room and if you tried to cool it down, the unit would blow directly on the bed causing a major draft on your body. There was...

“The appearance of the hotel is little bit different but it's never classic nor old fashionable. They dont think guest's convenience. No even any mirror in the room . I asked to the front desk for fixing the blind of the window in my room but they didn't. If they consider the real manner like the photo, they should have fixed it . I felt bad for staying there. I recommend Merriat residency hotel as similar rate in Concord. ”

“Very nice hotel, friendly staff, easy check in process, quiet, and rooms were very clean. Would stay at again. ”

“My wife and I are making it a tradition of coming here once a year. We love the coziness of the rooms and getting warm by the fireplace. A nice trip to get away from the noise of the city and enjoy the lakes of NH. ”
