“The couple did a great job renovating this historical hotel. They are very friendly, even lending us their waterproof boots to go to the beach during low tide. If you visit Homer and not in a RV, we highly recommend staying here. Good price, great service and hospitality. I might come to Homer again with my sister and will stay in Moosetide again. Also we got lucky to spot a teenager moose munching outside of our window :).”

“This was the worst property we have ever been at. We left immediately as it was so dirty. There was spider in a web in the bath. The coffee pot had water in it, there was no hot water, the bed had crumbs in it. There was a ton of water damage on the ceiling. No soap or shampoo. It just was disgusting. After a 5 minute walkthrough we went back to the office and attempted to cancel. This was immediate. Frankly, Expedia should take this off their site. It was unclean!”

“The cabin was amazing! The inside was so cute with great amenities and the outside setting alongside the creek was beautiful. We spent a lot of time sitting on the porch watching for wildlife. The host was super helpful and let us know all the information we needed. Loved it and will definitely stay here again!!”
