“Booked as a rehab trip after a knee op so just wanted pool sauna spa and small gym. The hotel worked perfectly for this purpose. After one day unfortunately the steam room and sauna were broken and out of service but Stelios the manager And Elina the spa manager worked miracles to at least get the sauna working which was great for me personally. The spa area and treatments were excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. ”

“Staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. Breakfast well stocked and varied for even a fussy eater like me. The outdoor and indoor pools were clean and deck chairs and areas all clean and well looked after. Very good standard of cleanliness in main part. The room we had had very good amenities and was spacious. They do need updating as the bathroom was tired looking and the bedroom furniture. Lounge area of room had modern furniture. Bed and air conditioners were very good. Be warned...

“위치는 주변 볼거리와 쇼핑센터가 가까이 있어서 훌륭합니다. 인터넷이 로비에서만 무료인데 이 또한 너무 느려 사용이 거의 불가능한 점이 아쉬우며 주변의 다른 호텔과 달리 방에서 사용하려면 추가 비용을 내야하는 점이 부담스럽다. 리셉션리스트들은 친절한 반면 저녁식사시 식당에서 일하는 분들은 불친절해 기분이 언잖았다. 특히 여자분들은 손님을 응대하는 태도가 매우 불쾌했다.”

“The hotel is circa 2 years old, has a great restaurant and roof top bar. Food is excellent. Air of quality everywhere . We booked a standard room which was smaller than we realised. We stayed for 7 nights. Should have had a larger room but photos seemed ok. Music in roof top bar was a bit weird and often not conducive to eating there. I'm 66 and love most types of music but they need to think hard about their target clients needs. ”

“Overall it was excellent. The only issue is to get rid off the cats in the pool area. Many people were justifiably unhappy with cats roaming where they had their breakfast. ”
