“This stay started off terribly after a 5 hour car ride and ferry crossing. There was no one at the property when we arrived to welcome us. (We may have been sent an email with instructions but I must have missed it.) We called the posted cell number and the call was dropped, then drove out to another property 1 km away and finally found someone to help us. The cabin had been left open and the key on the table! GRRR! The cabin was nicely set up. Somewhat comfortable but not like in the photo....

“Wonderful 2 bedroom property. We enjoyed breakfast on the outdoor patio with water view and listening to and watching the Gahla Cockateels . Near views of wild kangaroos at dusk on the open land just off the main highway prior to American River turn-off. ”

“An ideal location for the ferry. The house has great views. Modern with everything that any type of traveller might need. When the road works are completed there will be easier access to the main body of rhe Island, albeit as it currently is, we had no problems.”
