Then after the stay is complete again it took them so many days till they eventually refund our deposit. Just annoyed because they basically didn't have responsibility. ”

So, I requested to change the room and they treated as fast as they can, and I got the room on the ground floor which also has a sea-view. Almost everything I enjoyed in this resort was perfect and I loved it, so I will re-visit this resort within this...
