“Updated - 15/10/2024 *Cons* Wifi quite slow and bad connection. We use mobile hotspot to connect to the sharp android tv to get the channel. However the staff did send staff to fix it and only can connect to the tv. Other smarrphone and laptop cant connect at all. You must use own mobilespot to do your work task. Master bedroom lock and toilet lock not working properly. Once lock, it quite difficult to unlock it back. Toilet not clean and quite slippery even the floor was dry. We need clean it...

“nice place. swimming pool viewing city of Kota Bharu”

“Location is ok but overall I wouldn't come here again. Owner doesn't meet the guests. House is not used for quite long so furniture is dusty and porch is not swept (had to do it myself). Kitchen and bathrooms are not clean. Water pressure is low and no water supply in the hoses in the bathrooms. Washing machine is dirty and the kitchen floor is sticky. The lower kitchen cabinets have lots of broken cement and sand(apparently from a an incomplete work). The dish rack in the kitchen is rusty....
