I was fortunate to be upgraded to a Sea View room, which was a delightful surprise and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Dipali, the Guest Relations Executive, truly went above and beyond. She took the time to personally escort me to my room, explaining all the amenities and answering my numerous questions with genuine enthusiasm. Her passion for hospitality was evident in the way she greeted each guest with respect and warmth. This personal touch made my experience memorable and truly enjoyable. I also want to highlight Sanjay, the VIP Executive, who was incredibly attentive and accommodating. He assisted me with a late check-out, ensuring that my departure was as smooth and stress-free as my arrival. The kindness and care exhibited by the entire team made me feel valued as a guest, which is a rare experience in today’s hospitality industry. "An excellent choice for the last day and night of a two week trip in Sri Lanka. Got to the hotel hours before the check in time, and was given a room straight away. There are multiple restaurants to choose from for dinner. Dinner at Ocean was fab! Cocktails at the roof top bar were nice. And the afternoon by the pool was chilled. All the staff were friendly and very helpful."
