“Great property, but contact to get to the property and get inside the gate was really lacking, we were concerned we were not going to get in. There was no arrival information sent the day before and just by chance we got a garderner to let us in and call the property manager. The space was cool, bathrooms were a bit old, but living space and outside spaces were amazing!”

“Conveniently located near Rialto Bridge. The facility has sufficient equipment. The fact that there are two toilets is also helpful if multiple people are using the room. The person renting the room is very kind. The rooftop terrace is also nice. The floor is a little slanted, but even with that in mind, I can't give it less than 5 stars. This is a room that I would like to use again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.”

“What a shame, the entire region of Pescia is beautiful but everything at this cottage is awful. Its totally bizarre and weird and so so dirty. Honestly i doubt the place has ever been dusted once which is just disgusting. The shower curtain was full of mould.. bugs everywhere it was a literal disaster, not any normal persons idea of a vacation. It stinks of mould and kerosene inside, which then becomes a safety concern as well. Thankgoodness we were able to refund one night because we could...
