"Older building. Noisy floors-sounds like everyone was stomping. People outback of hotel smoking drinking and loud very late-through the window noisy. Fire alarm went off 6 times during the night beginning at 2:30. They did give free breakfast in service recovery for being up all night"

"Great stay here. Loved the little ectras in the room a d fhe staff were really friendly. Good size room, good view from our room of the loch through the buildings and big bed. Free tea and coffee in the lobby was a great addition. Only thing i could comment on that wasnt so positive was the shower. ..."

"Nice, clean, and well insulated. We felt very secure and comfortable. Only complaint is that the WiFi signal was a little weak but we didn’t really mind disconnecting for the night (it was still enough to book our next room and view itineraries etc)."

"This is a perfect apartment for a small group to visit Fort William. It has a parking spot if you are driving yourself. It put us in driving range ti visit the Isle of Skye. Takes a whole day to do but worth it if you get over that way"

"Room was very clean and comfortable in a 1970's retro way. We didn't attempt any cooking but there seemed to be adequate provision. Could have done with a tea towel and more kitchen towel."
