“It was a great place for a layover, staff were friendly and the room pleasant and clean. Food, drink and shopping were only minutes away and easily accessible. My only complaint was I had reserved the room with the hot tub, but it was down for maintenance. ”

“Can't beat the location and the staff tries very hard. It isn't the Four Seasons and part of the charm is this old hotel building where no two rooms seem to be the same. But this room was on the third floor and nice and quiet!”

“Weird lobby it's off to the side when you enter. Anyone can come off the street and access the elevator to the rooms and not be seen. The room was worn and needs updates. The dresser drawers were broken. The bed was comfortable but the blankets were thin and no additional provided. ”
