"I would say my stay was very good. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient. We had a flight cancellation which made us miss our first night and the hotel offered to refund it without me having to ask. The area around the hotel is decent. If you enjoy walking it is a good choice. It was my first time in Seoul (from Canada) so the learning curve was pretty steep but after being in Korea for two weeks I can confidently say that this is a nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is also decent."

"Had a wonderful stay here. Room was comfortable. Not huge but great if you plan to be out sightseeing most of the time. Daily breakfast is delicious, more Japanese than Korean. Nightly ramen served for guests was delicious comfort after exploring all day! My favorite part was the spa downstairs with hot/cold pools, sauna, and showers. There is a little lounge area to grab an ice cream or yogurt drink after you go to the spa. The staff was friendly and very helpful! "

"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. "The property is beautiful and walking around the grounds at night was peaceful. The food was amazing and the service and staff friendliness was superb. There is a convenience store at the pool / suites area you can buy snacks from. You can take a shuttle to gimpo Airport. My room was very clean and nicely layed out and decorated.
