“Kelly was absolutely lovely. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and was very attentive throughout my stay. The place was spotless, comfortable, cozy and well equipped, and the scones on arrival were a lovely touch. Thank you so much — would love to come again!”

“Arrived and allocated room and put all our luggage in room only to be treated by bathroom being flooded from above. This should have been checked prior to check in. We were allocated a new room but no compensation for the hassle caused after a long day of travel.”

“Room and bed are cleaned well and morning breakfast is served also good. But ventilation is not good. Doesn't have any air conditioner so room is filled with hot air when checked in. “Fantastic location. Super friendly staff.”

Fine for price and for...

“Lovely rooms, central for trains and city centre, but quiet.”

“Unkind, a bit dirty and noisy. Don’t recommend ”

“It could be a great hotel but feels rather soulless”

“We had a really pleasant stay ahead of an early flight the following morning. Comfy bed, great staff and nice biscuits.”
