But ventilation is not good. Doesn't have any air conditioner so room is filled with hot air when checked in. Hotel is closed to road so that buzzing vehicles noise comes into window over night make me hard to sleep. Electric hot pot is served with stain inside so there's no way to make tea in the room.”

“I did not expect my stay at Exmouth Beach Hotel to be as good as it was. I was impressed with what I got for what I paid. Very affordable. Right on the beach front. Close to shops and dining. Nice cozy room with very comfortable bed. The staff was courteous. As I was waiting for a ride after checkout, they permitted me to wait in the lobby. A very nice stay. Would definitely recommend!”
