“Parking was fine as we got there before car park filled up. There are no shops nearby. Our room had only a drip of cold water coming out the tap. The bed was sagging and the kettle was rusty inside. Apart from that it was warm and clean. ”

“We loved the Beach house! We were on a road trip out to Skye, but it was a beautiful, serene spot for one night. Very clean room with some snacks and coffee, which was nice after a long day. Beautiful view! I'd mention the the king size bed is not a standard US king size, more like a queen. We were planning on sharing a large bed with our little one, but the bed was not big enough for that - luckily there was 2 twins so in addition, so there was enough room for the 4 of us. Great restaurant...

“We had a wonderful stay in the spacious and elegant Merchant’s Suite, which had a wood stove and a jetted tub. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed all the breakfast options and we had dinner multiple nights in the pub- delicious. ”

“Sauberes Zimmer, Super Frühstück, Gastgeber super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hilfe gab es auch bei der Restaurantreservierung. Im Zimmer selbst gibt es eine große Tee und Kaffeebar, sowie 2 Sessel in denen man sehe gemütlich sitzt. Aussicht ist toll und sehr ruhig gelegen. Kann jedem nur empfehlen hier her zu kommen. Die Gastgeber haben die Einrichtung sehr gut durchdacht und es ist alles da was man braucht. Das beste B&B auf unserer Schottlandrundreise. Besser als jede Hotelkette.”

“Room was very spacious. Great location in the centre of Inveraray. Only down side was our room was on the main road. Very noisy during the early hours of the morning. Check in is in the brambles cafe, but cafe was busy. Staff was great but was understandably trying to do many things. Sign of the times. But room was certainly fantastic.”

“Everything about this hotel was lovely. The location is just fab and the décor delightful. Rooms are smart and the owners so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! This hotel it was so handy close to the centre the centre just 4 minutes walk and there was ample parking too. Finally before you leave take your camera and head upstairs to the lounge area you will get the most amazing photos from the huge bay window looking out over the water. I'll definitely go back :-)”
