“The room was clean but overall hotel needs lots of TLC. Only seen one member of staff. He was receptionist, bartender and possibly waiting on breakfast tables, so he was kept going. For what we paid for overnight stay, we have no complaints. Main thing was the room and en suite were clean. If you want 5 star you need to be prepared to pay a lot more than this hotel charges. Overall it did the job.”

“Lots of character, dining excellent, breakfast less so with limited range of non cooked foods.”

“Enjoyed having breakfast & being able to look out to the shoreline. Plus, easy access to the local area. Ray & Jackie are very welcoming hosts!”

“Room was clean but small. Mattress and pillows not that great.”

“Comfortable bed, lovely towels, great breakfast, wonderful hosts. Nice view of loch from breakfast room.”

“We loved it here. The decor was on point. Little disappointed check out was 10am but that's just because we wanted to spend more time there. Excellent location for the town and nearby shops etc. 10 out of 10 for kerplunk being available! Thanks!”

“I want to start my review by saying the staff were mostly helpful and kind. I did also receive a full refund for my stay. However it should not have come to this. The overall cleanliness of the room”

“The price is good, its clean and convenient . The guy didnt get up for breakfast one morning and its basic but it says that on the tin”

“It’s a beautiful cosy space.we had everything we needed.”

“Locate on the shoreline of Helensburgh & very close to event hall I was attending. Room with no view but it was a lovely cosy room onsuite beautifully decorated fabulous mirrior. Bar lovely atmosphere, staff genuine happy to help out. Lucky to park outside it but theres a big carpark not too far away.”

“The room was clean and bed comfortable. Nice decor in the room. Evening meal food was excellent. Breakfast was disappointing, not cooked to the same standard of the evening food. Dog friendly. Huge carpark. Fabulous position with views over the bay. Just be aware its a mile past the centre of Helensburgh and it's a lovely walk into town.”

“위치가 훌륭하고 조식도 좋았습니다.일박 했는데 다음에 들르면 더 머물고 싶습니다.”

“Nice hotel for a few nights, breakfast and dinner handy in the restaurant. The decor is starting to show its age, was told a make over is planned.”
