“The hotel is certainly a representative of a time past. We couldn’t get the shower to work and since we were two sisters traveling together we really missed that shower. The view from the front steps out to the lock was awesome. The ferry was literally across the road and since we needed to take an early departure the location was perfect.”

“Expedia does not tell you they don’t answer phone calls from foreign numbers & they have no front desk/ staff on site so only way to communicate is thru Expedia. I couldn’t get continental breakfast because Expedia blocks emails & they couldn’t send me payment link. No food or beverage available on site or within walking distance. Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi”
