“Staff were nice and helpful, though didn’t fix soap dispenser after i asked. There were things unexplained and it made the stay a little challenging. No drawers or closets for clothes in the rooms made it difficult to arrange clothing during the stay, shower only made the whole floor wet and other users of the bathroom have to walk on wet tile floor and use same wet floor towel. Breakfast was good but a little expensive 14€, even if you only drink one coffee and eat one croissant. Did not try...

“Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich Auswahl und das schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. “The location and views were incredible! Our room was lovely; very clean, comfortable and charming. and there was so much care and detail for our 5 year old: special sheep sheets, a kids dining set for breakfast- it really made her feel special. Breakfast was delicious, and the stocked fridge to purchase beer or wine was really nice in the evening after we put our little one to sleep - we had a beer on our balcony looking up at the castle and out to the river. We will definitely need to return! ”
